Bookings
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge. Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions specified.

Payments are accepted by credit card, eft or cheque. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be charged to your credit card or you should make arrangements for eft. Full payment is required to confirm bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Electronic transfers should be made to account Carl and Eva Southern, ANZ BSB 012306, A/C No: 5372 96059.

Cancellation Policy
Standard industry cancellation fees apply as follows: All cancellations incur loss of deposit. Cancellations notified less than 28 days prior to arrival will lose 100% of the total tariff. Where we are able to rebook the accommodation we will refund your payment less 15% cancellation fee.

Number of Guests
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number advised when booking to a maximum of 6 persons. Children are welcome. Small pets are allowed when advised at booking for a fee of $50. Cheero Point is a small residential settlement and guests are required to be considerate of the neighbours.

Check In and Check Out
Check In is from 2.00pm and Check Out at 10.00am. Check In and Check Out times can be varied on application but are dependent on other bookings at the time. In order to guarantee an early arrival or a later Check Out it may be necessary to reserve and pay for an additional night.

Breakages and Losses
You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. The cost of making good any damage or loss to the property (other than normal wear and tear), or its contents, will be charged for using the credit card provided.

Disclaimer
The owners of the property are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance. The owners shall not be liable to the client: * for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property for reasons beyond our control. * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
The liability of the owners shall be limited to the amount of any rentals and deposits paid. In no event shall the owners be liable for consequential damages.
